If you have an item that you don’t see listed, please get in touch to see if we can help!

Printing

We can print in-house up to 17” wide (431mm) on photo lustre or matte paper stock and rolled canvas.

Repairs

We can replace broken glass, mount new mat boards, refit hanging hardware or clean and refit artwork to existing frames. We may also be able to rejoin old timber frames if the corners have opened (this is assessed on a case by case basis).

Unfortunately we are unable to repair any ready-made composite or plastic frames.

FAQs

  • There are many variables with custom framing so every project is different! Just come and see us with the item you’d like framed (no appointment necessary). We can have a chat about the different options available and give you a firm, obligation-free quote at the same time.

  • As a guide, please allow 3-4 weeks for most work. This is a rough estimate only and circumstances such as items being out of stock or large volumes of work may delay the estimated completion date. We do our best to accommodate quicker turnarounds where possible, so if you need your frame by a set date just let us know at the time of order and we will confirm if it is possible.

  • No appointments, we accept walk-ins only. The best time to come in for a framing consult is between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday or on Saturdays between 10am - 12pm.

  • Sometimes. Photos are generally not an accurate reference, so our recommendation is to bring the existing frame in so we can match the finish and size as closely as possible. If the moulding has been discontinued, we can source options for an alternative.

  • All of our work is completed on site in our workshop. We will let you know upfront if an item needs to be sent off site for any reason (e.g. mounting of an oversize print).

  • Yes! Just let us know what suburb you’re in and we’ll give you a quote.
